Shipping Availability

We offer shipping across all locations in India. Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares and dispatches the product as soon as possible.

Payment Options

We provide two payment options for customer convenience:

1. Prepaid Orders
Customers can pay online before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time for prepaid orders is 4–6 business days depending on the delivery location.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We also offer Cash on Delivery for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery.

COD orders include an additional charge of ₹200 – ₹250, depending on the customer’s PIN code and courier service availability.

In most cases, the COD charge will be ₹200.

Estimated delivery time for COD orders is 5–7 business days.

Trust & Transparency for COD Orders

To ensure customer confidence and transparency, Sneakerhead provides visible packing for COD orders. Before dispatch, customers may also request a video call verification, where we show the product and packaging process to confirm the order.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the product is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on courier partners and logistics conditions. Sneakerhead will always assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving any shipping-related queries.
