Sneakerhead does not store or directly access sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.

For customer convenience, we offer multiple payment options:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Free of additional charges

Debit / Credit Cards – Charges may apply depending on the bank or payment gateway

Net Banking – Charges may apply based on the bank

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Additional COD service charges apply

Other Digital Payment Options – Availability may vary depending on the payment gateway

COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery will be required to pay an additional service charge of ₹200 – ₹250, depending on the delivery PIN code and courier service availability. In most cases, the COD charge will be ₹200.

Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed, customers will receive a payment confirmation and order confirmationthrough our official communication channels.

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s account, the refund process will be handled by the respective bank or payment gateway according to their policies.

Pricing and Charges

Sneakerhead reserves the right to update product pricing, shipping charges, or payment processing charges at any time. Customers will always see the final payable amount before completing the payment.
