Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in specific situations where the product received is significantly damaged or defective and the condition of the product is not acceptable.
To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
A clear live parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the sealed parcel.
The video must show the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
The product must show major damage or defect that occurred before delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
If these conditions are satisfied, the return request will be reviewed and approved by the Sneakerhead team.
Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in brand-new condition.
The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
A parcel opening video is compulsory to claim a refund.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Sneakerhead reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests if the product does not meet the required conditions.
Hassle-Free Exchange Policy
We provide a hassle-free exchange policy for customer convenience.
Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:
Size exchange
Product/model exchange
Quality concern
Change of preference
Customers can exchange their pair for another size, model, or design available in stock.
Exchange Conditions
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned with original packaging.
Shipping Charges for Exchange
While we offer a hassle-free exchange process, shipping charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
